WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery and only if the product is received in its original and unworn condition or if the item(s) you received differ than that of your original order.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We currently do not offer exchanges. As we are working out some kinks, but please request a free shipping code at info@rexshoes.com if you decide to place another order

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment if we mistakenly forgot to include an item in your shipment or if the product is damaged in transit. To be refunded for a product damaged in shipping, please follow instructions below.

My order arrived damaged. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@rexshoes.com within 7 days of delivery to recieve a free return shipping label and we will resend you a proper pair.
